VR 360 Photos and Videos
The Request
A broker from Colliers had experience using a 360 degree real estate camera called Matterport, so I approached him with my personal 360 degree camera to create a solution that would benefit the whole branch office.
The Story
It was perfect timing since the broker had a property which had over 20 suites for lease. We came up with an idea to design a promotional web page to host “virtual tours” which would include 360 degree images of 6 suites, allowing potential clients to see the suites remotely.

End Result
The end result was a huge success. The property owner was extremely happy with our service and wanted us to create virtual tours for their out-of-state properties. The broker was also able to lease out 2 suites to an out-of-state investor just because they could do the virtual tour.
Upper management ended up scheduling expense allocation for new virtual tour equipment for the coming year because of our success.
